Alaska Air National Guardsmen with the 210th, 211th and 212th Rescue Squadrons participated in a training mission near Mount Susitna Dec. 16. Guardian Angels from the 212th Rescue Squadron jumped from an HC-130 “King” aircraft from the 211th Rescue Squadron at approximately 10,000 feet before being transported by an HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter from the 210th Rescue Squadron back to Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. A tandem jump and hoist training were also completed during the training mission.
