A Coast Guard Sector San Diego aircrew medically evacuated a man experiencing symptoms of a possible heart attack more than 170 miles south of Point Loma, Oct. 23, 2014. The master of the San Diego-based 103-foot sport fishing vessel Royal Polaris contacted the Coast Guard around 1:30 a.m., requesting a medevac for the 63-year-old man. U.S. Coast Guard video.
