Mr. Armando Trull spoke at Arlington Hall Station in Arlington, VA for National Hispanic Heritage Month September 18, 2014. Mr. Trull is a Hispanic/Latino broadcast journalist with more than two decades of experience covering local, national, and international news. The observance started in September 1968 as Hispanic Heritage Week under President Lyndon B. Johnson. In 1988, President Ronald Reagan expended the length of the observance, establishing Hispanic Heritage Month.
