U.S. Marines with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade conduct a groundbreaking ceremony for the renovation of a classroom at Beddeng Mabanglal Elementary School, as part of the humanitarian civic assistance projects leading to Amphibious Landing Exercise 15 (PHIBLEX 15) in Zambales, Philippines.
