A Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, Ore., MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew locates Jessica Smith, a woman wanted by local law enforcement officials, 15 miles east of Cannon Beach, Ore., Aug. 3, 2014. Coast Guard crewmembers directed law enforcement personnel to the location of the woman, where she was apprehended. U.S. Coast Guard video by Coast Guard Air Station Astoria.
