Coast Guard Station Oak Island hosts a reunion where near-drowning survivor Cindi Vance is reunited with one of the Coast Guardsmen who saved her more than 44 years ago, David O'Neal.

Also appearing in the video is Ronald Savage Jr., son of Ronald Savage, another Coast Guardsman who helped rescue Vance from the waters off Yaupon Beach near Southport, N.C., July 3, 1970.
