A Change of Command ceremony happens somewhere in the fleet nearly every day, but sometimes the largest part of the event does not involve the incoming and departing commander. Petty Officer Michael Lantron tells us how Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit EIGHT provided a slight twist to this time-honored Navy tradition.
