B-Roll of U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan visiting Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii. The Secretary joined educators and military leaders in Hawaii for a panel discussion with parents of military children. The panel discussed issues affecting military children and schools, such as differing education standards across states. This is Secretary Duncan's first visit to Hawaii and the first visit to the state by a Secretary of Education since 1994. Panel members also included Mr. Ronn Nozoe, Hawaii Dept of Education Deputy Superintendent, Brig. Gen. Todd McCaffrey, Deputy Commander of the 25th Infantry Division, and Ms Cathe Robling of the Military Child Education Coalition. Also available in high definition.
