Cadet Shaine Wagner of Wilson High School, Spring Township, Pa., talks about volunteering his free time at the Veterans Stand Down in Reading, Pa., and his overall experiences with the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. The Stand Down provides food, clothing and other essential services to homeless veterans and others in need.
