Soldiers of the Washington D.C. National Guard’s 1946th Contingency Contracting Team traveled to Edinburgh, Indiana through the month of February to conduct Contingency Contracting mission specific training at the Camp Atterbury Contracting Center of Excellence. Throughout the final phase of their training, team members were able to conduct meetings with contractors to establish and finalize actual Indiana projects during their month long pre-deployment training in support of contingency operations in Afghanistan.
