NEW YORK -Rear Adm. Dan Abel, commander Coast Guard First District, and Army Corps of Engineers Col. Mark Deschenes, deputy commander Joint Task Force on the water, meet with tunnel response contractors and Coast Guard Strike Team members working to dewater the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, Nov. 6, 2012.
