NOME, Alaska - Coast Guard Sector Anchorage personnel identify the planned Nome fuel transfer safety zone in the Nome Harbor Jan. 11, 2012. The safety zone, near the port of Nome, will restrict access to sensitive areas 50 yards around fuel delivery hoses and 100 yards from the tanker Renda.
