    FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. - Travis Niemi, commercial fisherman, speaks about the importance of his personal protective equipment after being stranded at sea in a life raft for approximately 10 hours because his boat sank after having anchor issues Dec. 28, 2011.

    Niemi, an experienced fisherman, believes that ultimately his protective equipment saved his and his shipmates life.
