The crew of a Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen MH-65 Dolphin helicopter hoists a 60-year-old man, who reportedly sustained multiple injuries after falling over 100-feet from a mountain side Dec. 17, 2013 in Yauco, Puerto Rico. The man was transferred to a nearby baseball field, where he was transferred to local Emergency Medical Services personnel for transport to a local hospital. (U.S. Coast Guard photo).
