SAN DIEGO - Coast Guard crews assisted two boaters whose boat had broken down nine miles off the Mexican coast Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009.
The Coast Guard Cutter Halibut and an MH-60J Jayhawk helicopter from Coast Guard Sector San Diego responded to the distress call, locating the disabled boat and towing it safely back to San Diego. Video by Petty Officer 3rd Class Henry G. Dunphy, U.S. Coast Guard.
