SAN DIEGO - Lt j.g. Thomas Brittingham, commanding officer of the Coast Guard Cutter Haddock, comments on towing the sailing vessel Sea Hag to San Diego after the operator was reported overdue April 6, 2009. Sean Haggerty, the Sea Hag's operator, describes being assisted by the Coast Guard. A C-130 Hercules aircraft from Air Station Sacramento spotted the vessel and made contact with the operator, determining that he was the missing boater. The Haddock responded and took the vessel in tow. (U.S. Coast Guard video/PA3 Henry G. Dunphy)
