Paratroopers from Fort Bragg, N.C. spends Special Operations Forces weeks jumping from various aircrafts during Operation Toy Drop. OTD is an annual event founded by the late Sgt. 1st Class Randy Oler, where paratroopers have an opportunity to jump with a foreign jump master and giving a toy for underpriviledged children from the Carolina region.
