Fit 2 Fight is a team building event consisting of 3 events over the course of 3 days. Day 1 is an army physical fitness test, using the extended scoring scale. Day 2 is a 4-mile buddy run and immediately followed by a pull-up event. The 3rd and final day will be an 8-mile ruck march. All teams will complete these events as a 2 person team and will be graded together.
