Soldiers working with the 304th Expeditionary Signal Battalion are reaching new heights to ensure the success of Ulchi Freedom Guardian 13. The team installed a communication dish on top of a two hundred fifty foot water tower on Warrior Base, Republic of Korea, to increase communication abilities during the exercise.
