As U.S. and South African National Defense Forces, or SANDF, continued to work together through Exercise Shared Accord 13, sixty-seven minutes of community service were observed as Mandela Day was celebrated throughout the entire country. The minutes are a reference to Nelson Mandela’s years of fighting social injustice. Army SGT William Gore takes us to an orphanage where the multi-national forces invested their time and surprised Beshu Children.
