Citizen-Soldiers of the 101st Troop Command, Puerto Rico Army National Guard, were welcomed to their 2013 Annual Training at Camp Santiago Joint Maneuver Training Center in Salinas, Puerto Rico. More-than 1,500 Guardsmen received the welcoming of troops from the incoming 101st Troop Command Commander Col. Francisco Diaz in a ceremony that marked his first annual training with his troops.
