An aircrew from U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego medically evacuate an injured man from a sport fishing vessel 95 miles south of San Diego, July 2, 2013.
The man was hoisted into the helicopter and transported to Sector San Diego, where he was transferred to emergency medical personnel for further care. U.S. Coast Guard video by Sector San Diego.
