Lt. Col. Raymond Valas describes the nature of Beyond the Horizon El Salvador, a joint foreign military interaction and humanitarian exercise occurring until late June. He discusses the partnership with Chile, Canada, Colombia and El Salvador while conducting the engineering and medical events taking place here.
