Sgt. Leah Stewart, an F/A-18 equipment tester with Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 11, hosted a morning colors ceremony dedicated to Women's History Month aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar March 18. Stewart led the event as part of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing commanding general's committed and engaged leadership initiative, which aims to empower non-commissioned officers. Maj. Gen. Salinas, the special guest at the event, was the first woman to command the Marine Corps western recruiting region in San Diego. Available in high definition.
