Mr. John Taylor, Under Secretary of Treasury for International Affairs, talks to the press in Baghdad about the purpose of his visit, which is to discuss recent development in financial and economic areas that are of concern for both the United States and Iraq. He talks about the currency status increasing and debt being lowered since 2003. He also talks about the interest growing on reserve funds in Iraqi banks, the creation of special deposit facility and how much work still needs to be done.
