During a flood fight, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers works with local, state and federal agencies to mitigate the risks associated with high water. And in the case of Tribal Partners, the Corps works with sovereign nations. The Corps maintains a trust partnership with the Tribes and is able to offer a variety of technical and direct assistance under the Public Law 84-99 program.
