Soldiers of the 316th Expeditionary Sustainment Command commemorated their deployment to Kuwait by having a patch ceremony. The right sleeve of the army uniform is for displaying the unit that a soldier deployed with into a combat zone.
Every soldier of the 316th received a patch from their commanding general, Brig. Gen. Bud R. Jameson, Jr.
The 316th arrived at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait at the beginning of July and will remain through the beginning of next year.
Produced by Sgt. 1st Class Adam Stone. Includes soundbites from Brig. Gen. Bud R. Jameson, Jr., commanding general of 316 ESC, from Sherwood, Ark., and Sgt. Nichelle Wester, from Pittsburgh, Pa. Also available in high definition.
