Family, friends and several hundred Arkansas National Guard members gathered Saturday, July 14, 2012, to witness the promotion of Col. Trish Anslow to the rank of Brig. General. Anslow is the first female to be promoted to the rank of general officer from the Arkansas Guard. Specialist Britni Dumas attended the ceremony and gives us a look.
