Sgt. Joe Villines shows us how to tele-commision a Coker. Lt. Col. William “Willy” Coker, from Monroe, MI, plans and operations division chief for the 8th HRSC from Ft. Shafter, HI, stationed at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, commissions his son, Christopher Coker as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army via Skype all the way across the world.
