More than 3,000 Marine and sailors of 3rd Marine Regiment stand in formation at Marine Corps Base Hawaii on May 24, 2012, as the regiment’s battle color decorations are re-dedicated. The decorations have been earned during war and peace during the regiment’s 96-year history.
