Marines from 6th Marine Corps District came together for a Relay for Life function at Beaufort Middle School in Beaufort, SC, Apr. 27. The 24-hour event consists of members of each team taking turns walking around a track for the duration of the event, in efforts to raise donations to fight against cancer. Food, games and activities are provided along with entertainment and other fundraising opportunities. By the end of the event, the 6MCD Pacesetters walked 74.75 miles and earned $1,268.63.
