On 4 April 2012, United States Army combat engineers from 84th Engineer Battalion, United States Air Force 354th Civil Engineer Squadron, Philippine Air Force from 355th Aviation Engineer Battalion, and Philippine Army engineers from Army
Reserve Command work together constructing new facilities at Kandis III ElementarySchool, Bangaray Sub District, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Republic of the Philippines, as part of Exercise Balikatan 2012 humanitarian and civic assistance
