Soldiers belonging to the 364th Expedtionary Sustainment Command in Kuwait competed in late January 2012 at a Soldier of the Quarter competition on Camp Arifjan. Part academic, physical and practical, these Soldiers took their best shot in the field portion. Includes interviews with Sgt. Mike Vieira, from Seattle, an information plans NCO with the 364th ESC out of Marysville, Wash., talking about what the Soldier of the Quarter competition means to him. He would go on to win the ESC's level and prepare for the next competition.
Also interviewed is Sgt. 1st Class Michael Harris, the information systems supervisor for the 364th ESC acting as a grader/observer for the competition and giving his perspective on the skills displayed. He was also the sponsor for Sgt. Vieira, who later won the NCO of the Quarter.
