  • Hawaii Army and Air National Guardsmen were called to duty as part of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit designation as a National Special Security Event. The Guardsmen aided civil authorities with protecting more than 20,000 delegates from 21 Pacific Rim countries and 2,000 members of the media. Hosted by Tech. Sgt. Amber Monio.
  • B-roll of Hawaii officials and Hawaii Air National Guard toured Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii to assess damages after a Tsunami that hit the Aloha State.  Governor Neil Abercrombie spoke about relief efforts at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Estimates for damage throughout the state of Hawaii are about three-million dolalrs. Produced by Cpl.
