Jackal Stone is an annual international special operations forces exercise held in Europe. This year, military members from nine partnered nations come together in Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine. Army Sergeant Jenie Fisher takes us to the opening ceremonies and says the goal of this year’s training is to provide interoperability and to build mutual respect among the countries.   • Combined Endeavor 2010 is the world's largest communications interoperability exercise, preparing international forces' command, control, communications and computer systems for multinational operations. In this clip, all participating nations (U.S./Romania/Ukraine/Macedonia/Armenia) attended the Initial Briefing for those attending Combined Endeavor 2010 at the remote location at Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Constanta, Romania.  Major David Norton, USMC, the US Site Commander, led the meeting, followed by Romanian Colonel Aurel Bucur, and SSgt Edwardo De Souza, an American .medic  Each country had a representative to introduce their countries.Produced by Staff Sgt.
