The Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, Jo-Ellen Darcy, took time to recognize a private-federal partnership between the Omaha District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Yellowstone River Conservation District Council. The two groups are participating in a series of studies that will determine how best to manage the largest undammed river in continental United States. Also available in high definition.
