Video of Joint Interagency Task Force South change of command ceremony June 10, 2011 in Key West, Fla. During the ceremony, U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Charles D. Michel took command of Joint Inter-agency Task Force South from U.S. Coast Guard Rear Adm. Daniel B. Lloyd. The ceremony also served as the retirement for Lloyd, wrapping up his 34-year career. U.S. Air Force General Douglas M. Fraser, Commander of U.S. Southern Command, presided over the ceremony; and U.S. Coast Guard Adm. Robert J.
