Red Dragon is an annual exercise that has grown to over 2,000 participants from the military alone. Pell City, Ala., is in worst-case scenario mode. Exercise Red Dragon is taking place in Alabama, Georgia, and Wisconsin and the chemical exercise has civilian first responders training side by side with the military. Includes sound bites from Lt.
