Michael Davis takes us to Ramstein, Germany where a new program is showing service members and their families ways to stretch their dollars at local grocery stores.
Ramstein's Airman and Family Readiness Center has developed a new program giving personnel on the base the tools necessary to shop on the local economy with confidence. The program is called "What is What" and it involves a guided tour through a German grocery store.
