Guardsmen from the North Dakota Air National Guard are very familiar with their Ghanaian military counterparts, in fact North Dakota and Ghana have been state partners for a number of years. Maintenance experts from the 119 Air Wing in Fargo where the natural choice then for the first ever African Partnership Flight. Air Force Staff Sergeant James Stewart introduces us to two North Dakotans who are proud to share their maintenance know-how with their Ghanaian friends and the other nations involved in the African Partnership Flight.
