Citizens rejoice as power returns to once embattled city
Children waved and smiled as the colossal machines crept through the streets of Samarra. The low-hanging powerlines that sag over streets here, had to be raised high enough for the more than 20 foot high contraptions to pass under. Onlookers knew that this was no ordinary coalition convoy. They quickly realized that this was the delivery they had been waiting for. The one that would once again illuminate the city known as “a joy to behold.”
