CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait — Air Force Gen. William M. Fraser III, commander, U.S. Transportation Command visited Third Army/ARCENT at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Aug. 16.
The visit focused on the retrograde of equipment in Afghanistan and the partnership between USTRANSCOM and Third Army/ARCENT. The meeting enabled over 25 key leaders to discuss objectives and provide an overview of the redeployment, retrograde, recovery, redistribution and destruction of assets from Afghanistan.
