MAZAR-E-SHARIF, Afghanistan - Regional Command-North firmly condemns the despicable violence of the suicide bombing that took place in the peaceful Kunduz provinces.
"The crime that took place during the holy days of Ramadan is unforgivable," said Brig. Gen. John W. Bullard, RC-N deputy commander.
"Hurting and murdering innocent Afghans in populated areas, the insurgents continue to display their brutal and savage nature against their own people. This is proof that the insurgents do not care about the people of Afghanistan," Bullard said.
