PUL-E KHUMRI, Afghanistan – International Security Assistance Force commander U.S. Army Gen. David H. Petraeus visited Provincial Reconstruction Team Pul-e Khumri in ISAF Regional Command North and met with Baghlan Province Governor Monji Abdul Majid with German Army Maj. Gen. Hans-Werner Fritz, commander, RC-North, Feb. 3.
Petraeus and Fritz traveled to PRT Pul-e Khumri, where they met Majid to discuss security, governance and development topics throughout the region.
Petraeus and Fritz also met with ISAF troops, thanking them for their service.
