KABUL, Afghanistan - An ISAF service member died following an improvised explosive device attack in southern Afghanistan, Sept. 16.
In a separate incident an ISAF service member died following an insurgent attack in southern Afghanistan, Sept. 16.
It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
