KABUL, Afghanistan - According to reports, the district governor for the Nahrin district of Baghlan province and his driver were killed by unknown gunmen, Sept 6.

The governor, Ahmad Joshan Pour, and his driver were ambushed by an unknown number of gunmen while traveling through the Baghlan-e Jadid district of the province.
