KABUL – An International Security Assistance Force service member died following an improvised explosive device attack in northern Afghanistan today.
In a separate incident today, an ISAF service member died following and IED attack in southern Afghanistan.
It is ISAF policy to defer casualty identification procedures to the relevant national authorities.
