    364th Expeditionary Sustainment Command

MARYSVILLE, Wash.- The 364 Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) G4 team hosted this year’s Logistics Workshop with Brigade, Battalion, and Company supply, service, and maintenance teams in order to strengthen formal and informal working relationships, ensure mutual understanding, and align Army, 79th TSC and 364th ESC priorities toward building and sustaining overall logistics operational readiness.

Approximately 90 participants included uniformed personnel, military technicians and Department of the Army employees from at least 40 subordinate units based in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.

“It was important that staff at all levels had the opportunity to review, discuss, clarify and define areas of special concerns, as well as key command discipline programs and metrics at all levels within the 364th ESC,” said Capt. Anna McDonald, Deputy G4, adding that the “G4 staff worked very hard to put on this workshop and we had great collaboration from other staff members.”

The week-long event provided G4 the opportunity to communicate directly with subordinate maintenance, supply, food service, and transportation teams in a combined setting focused on building and sustaining Command Maintenance Discipline Program, Command Supply Discipline Program, Command Food Service Discipline Program, Command Deployment Discipline Program areas. Other topics discussed included Budget, OCIE Management, Modified Work Orders and Safety of Use Messages, and Unit Status Report submission.

The 364th ESC provides trained, equipped, and ready leaders, Soldiers and cohesive units to meet global requirements across the full range of operations, supports Soldiers, civilian employees and Families, ensures stewardship of resources, engages our communities with local events, employer partnerships, and support to civil authorities.

The 364th ESC is the smallest expeditionary command under the 79th Theater Sustainment Command but it has the greatest footprint span, with approximately 5,000 U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers in more than 40 units in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming and Utah.
