Col. James Jennings, Commander of 1RSSB gave Jones and Swanson a tour of the sprawling coalition air base and explained the priority of work and current retrograde operations taking place in Afghanistan.

“I was able to gain a clear vision along with the complexities of their mission as well as the obstacles they face, or will soon face, in completing their mission,” said Jones.

Jones and Swanson took time to visit with 1RSSB Soldiers and thank them for their service and commitment to the vital logistics mission in Afghanistan.
