    ST. BONAVENTURE UNIVERSITY, N.Y. - New York National Guard troops will be holding a session of Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program at St. Bonaventure University here at 7 p.m. this evening.

    WHAT: New York National Guard troops will be conducting a session of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's Citizen Preparedness Training Program. The event is expected to last approximately two hours.
